Work with us
Why work with us
At Optit we work as a team, we study, we experiment. We make mistakes too, and that’s fine, because no optimisation happens without trials, hypotheses and corrections. We know that everyone has their own path and that there are no standard solutions. That’s why we give you autonomy, training and space, and we invest in your growth as much as we expect you to contribute to ours.
Working at Optit means contributing to projects with high social, economic and environmental impact. It means joining a place where mathematics meets business and where solutions deliver concrete, fast, measurable returns. You’ll help create the value we bring to the world.
