As the energy transition accelerates, the Academy was created to train the professionals who will drive decarbonisation through digitalisation and renewable technologies.<\/p>\r\n<h2>An ecosystem for innovation in training<\/h2>\r\n<p>The DHC Academy is not just a training project, but a true ecosystem bringing together universities, research centres and leading companies across Europe. At Optit we contribute to this alliance by making our scientific rigour and field experience available to develop, test and validate advanced study programmes. Our commitment focuses on creating learning pathways and specific qualifications for:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Vocational Education and Training:<\/strong> to prepare technicians ready for the operational challenges of sustainability.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Higher Education:<\/strong> to train the managers and designers who will design the networks of the future.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>Towards a scalable model<\/h2>\r\n<p>We work to design resources that are adaptable and scalable at European level, meeting skills needs across the sector\u2019s entire value chain. We turn knowledge into a strategic asset, ensuring that technological innovation is always supported by outstanding human capital.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>Funded by the European Union.
