The project involves <strong>16 partners in 7 European countries<\/strong>, including Austria, Ireland, Croatia and Italy, and works on 9 case studies representative of different contexts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the project, Optit is tasked with defining <strong>investment strategies for the decarbonisation<\/strong> of the networks, using proprietary digital tools to build Digital Twins of existing infrastructure and simulate low-environmental-impact evolution scenarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our contribution makes it possible to compare retrofit options and new infrastructure, supporting utilities in defining <strong>development plans<\/strong> aligned with European climate-neutrality goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ENABLE DHC promotes dialogue between operators, researchers and institutions to encourage the spread of best practice and <strong>multiply the impact<\/strong> of solutions developed at local level. A project about the <strong>future<\/strong>, and how to build it on scientific foundations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Carried out with the contribution of the European
